Here are ways to support my campaign

Become a Volunteer

Since canvassing voters in this cold weather, in my opinion, will not be very safe nor easy for volunteers, I will not be asking them to do so. Instead, I am looking for volunteers to help distribute postcards to voters’ doors, as a way to connect and direct the voters to my online platform where they can find information about me and my campaign. Volunteers can do this in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends. Volunteers may also be invited to attend and assist with indoor campaign events, if their time permits.

Place a Lawn Sign

For those not able to volunteer, a simple but effective way to support our campaign is to allow us to place a lawn sign on your front yard and/or boulevard. Place the sign when you receive it on your front lawn, then remove it on election night to make things easy. Visibility is especially important as we are not canvasing and have few opportunities to stand out. Please consider asking us for a lawn sign.

Share and Like on Social Media

As this campaign is not able to canvas this year, we are hoping for a strong social media campaign and this is where we need your support the most. You could follow, engage and share our campaign content on social media. This will help us grow our social followers, contributing directly to our campaign's success.

Donate

Donating is the highest form of candidate support. I realize that I cannot ask for your endorsement and donation if you do not know me. However, you can send me your questions online and I will respond. You can also send me your contact information and availability and I will call you. During our phone conversation you can ask me questions and share your concerns as a voter, which will allow us to get to know each other, the same way we would have had if we were canvasing door-to-door. My hope is to win your endorsement as a result of our conversation being online or on the phone.

The ultimate form of candidate support and endorsement is a vote. Nothing says you believe in the vision, mission, and work of the Green Party of Ontario more than a vote. My goal is to win your trust and vote so that I may have the privilege to serve you and our community.
